How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex). We also accept Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal.

What can I expect when purchasing your products?

All my kits come unassembled and un-weathered. The pictures on the website are painted and weathered to show realism. They are made primarily from bass wood and my 3D parts are resin printed. All of my kits I release a YouTube video on how to put them together. I do include instructions, but they vary depending on the complexity of the kit.

Do you offer coupons or discounts?

If you are a Patreon member, you will have access to discount codes for new products released. When you are finalizing your order, there is a section where you can enter any codes for discounts or coupons. This is where you will enter your Patreon code. Codes are good once per customer.

Shipping

We typically ship orders within one (1) week. For all new items released we will post on the website when we start shipping. Please keep that in mind when submitting your orders. There may be delays due to online demand, weather, or other issues that are out of our control. We will continue to do everything in our power to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Do you cover local importing fees?

No, we are not responsible for importing/entry fees. It is important for you to check those prior to ordering.

What are your Shipping Rates?

USA: $9.00
Canada: $22.50-$28.50 (these can be higher due to COVID)
Australia & New Zealand: $55.50-$105.50 (these can be higher due to COVID)
Everywhere Else International Flat Rate: $39.50-$54.50 (these can be higher due to COVID)

EU Right of Withdrawal Info

At Jason Jensen Trains, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains the rights of customers located in the European Union (EU) and the process for requesting a return or exercising the EU Right of Withdrawal.

1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, unless an exemption under applicable EU law applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email or through our website with your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

2. Return Window

Eligible items must be shipped back within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and free from damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, postage, duties, taxes, customs charges, and any other associated fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will begin processing after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Conformity of Goods

Jason Jensen Trains guarantees that all products supplied will conform to their descriptions, photographs, and advertised specifications. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was advertised, please contact us promptly so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
